What is accute and urgent for you, for us, for the world right now?
How to approach it without assuming or imposing (knowing that perhaps we don't know any better), but rather finding out what can be done?
How can you and I come together in a way, which enables our gifts to propell each other in unexpected ways so that they can serve the world in the best possible way?

Structure

The participants form organs/organisms functioning on a local level. The organs/organisms create initiatives/proposals for how they want to be part of the larger whole, and what aspects of the utopia/alternate reality they want to address and develop. The organs who are attuned to similar/related aspects form networks/affinity groups; an organ could be part of several networks at once, if this feels useful. Each network invents strategies for communication and exchange between the organs (alternatively, we could propose strategies that would be shared by all the networks, or a few that the networks could choose from). The idea is that the networks would on the one hand intensify and add to the momentum of the individual organs, on the other form a larger (open-ended) entity whose task is to develop technologies/practices through which the utopia/alternate reality can be put into practice. The technologies would be available for all the other networks as well as the general public (at least at some point).

Each organism organizes a public performance or event to share their proposal with a larger audience

Spring 2013: Infiltration
Each organism finds ways of integrating their proposal into the existing society/surrounding

Fall 2013: Integration
The proposals become a permanent part of the society/surrounding
